Designing an extraordinary home staging is incorporating unique finishes, fabrics and textiles as well as unusual objects and furniture that truly reflect personality and lifestyle.
Whether it be designing a space, creating a piece of art, assembling an outfit or planning an event, it’s always been my passion to enthrall myself amongst the most creative environments, absorbing it all up, and then passing that on to those around me.
Mindy has a gift for being able to visualize the potential of a space and make her ideas become reality. With more than a decade of experience in interior and space design, Mindy brings a depth and diversity of expertise. Working as a designer for a nationally-recognized elite home builder, Mindy quickly became the go-to resource for creating uniquely beautiful spaces. She achieved mastery in lighting design as an expert lighting consultant providing high-end lighting solutions to interior decorators, architects, builders and homeowners. Then as a top performing real estate agent in Chicago, Mindy used her knowledge of design and her unique ability to actualize the vision of each client to create a positive experience and outcome for both buyers and sellers.

During the preview we will take measurements, photos and begin to establish our design plan according to scale and style of the space and our inventory availability.

Our design team will sit down together, go through our notes & photos we took during our site visit and pull specific items from diverse inventory to work with the home’s colors, finishes, and architecture details.
activation
We are moving all items in with our professional team of movers. Designers are onsite arranging furniture, decor and hanging artwork, attending to the big picture as well as the finest details.
